The Pack Store itself is just over 9 000m2, with 6 500m3 of freezing space and 2 700m3 of cold rooms. The second phase of the pack store which will bring the Freezer space to just over 12 500 m3 and Cold Room space to just over 5 400m3 . Desert Fruit is expecting to bring phase 2 online in year 2022, the date at which the next 8500 trees come into full production and the farm heads to 3000mt of fruit production.
